This Bore Tech shotgun brush adapter allows you to use all brushes and other accessories with 5/16-27 thread on your brush rod with smaller 8/32 thread. The Bore Tech brush adapter is made from a Proof-Positive aluminum alloy, which itself leaves no residue, unlike many brass alloy cleaning accessories. This gives a much better indication of whether the barrel is actually clean.
